Job Description

• A production manager is involved in the pre-production (planning schedules) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage;
  
• Structurizing of production by groups; compose and implement routine work processes;
  
• Development of production and quality level
  
• Collect, monitor and analyse of results
  
• Managing production recruitment and education process; supervising and motivating a team of workers;
  
• Being responsible for the routines, selection and maintenance of equipment;
  
• Working out the material resources needed, selecting and ordering;
  
• Estimating project speed and setting the quality standards;
  
• To ensure that the production is cost effective and delivery on time;
  
• Working with managers and partners to implement the company's policies and goals.

Requirements

• Find opportunities where others don´t see it - no matter man or woman but interested in improving productivity
  
• Solution orientated, analytic thinking, initiative and committed to high performance.
  
• Accept new challenges, open minded, manage testing process and make decisions
  
• Excellent communication and delegation skills, good in social competence and team work
  
• Experience from exporting company
  
• Long experience in management level
  
• Higher education
  
• Good level of English, Russian and Estonian language
