Founded in 2000, Betgenius is the leading provider of sophisticated data-driven software to regulated sportsbook operators around the globe. Our multi-award-winning technology is built to help our partners maximise their performance through engaging betting content and outsourced sportsbook management services. We’re the trusted partner to over 150 sportsbook brands including Sky Bet, bet365, William Hill and Flutter. 

The Role 

As a Product Owner, you will work within a team to deliver software solutions, for a specific business division.
Your responsibilities will cover both the strategic and tactical aspects of Product Ownership. You will work closely with major stakeholders to define your product vision and values, aligning the commercial vision with product strategy. You are fully responsible for the ownership and execution of your roadmap. You will work with the Lead Product Owner and Head of Delivery to ensure all aspects of delivery have been accounted for (this includes operational as well as technical delivery). 
You will work with a committed and collaborative team of developers, QAs, BAs, PMs, Agile Coaches and Subject Matter Experts who will assist you in achieving shared product goals. As such, you will need to work transparently within our collaboration tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence) and provide clear and easily consumable progress reports to stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop deep domain knowledge in your product and industry
• Ensure your team and stakeholders are fully invested and helping you to shape the product vision, goals and strategy
• Propose roadmap priorities based on discussions with stakeholders and your understanding of commercial and product pressures providing data to back-up these decisions
• Ownership of product financial performance ensuring the delivered features have the required ROI
• Maintain and track product KPIs using this data to inform decision making, pivoting where required
• Define stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria, interacting with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts to verify work is correctly specified and relevant assets (wireframes, designs) are included 
• Collaborate with the development team and QAs to ensure fully specified feature files
• Facilitate the smooth running of all Agile Ceremonies
• Provide an active role in mitigating blockers and delays impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
• Research competitors, the market and the users to provide meaningful analyses
• Produce relevant documentation to support product awareness and technical build

• Previous Product Owner/Product Management experience
