Product Operator

The role of Product Operator in the Product Services team is to provide immediate assistance to our customers and colleagues via email and instant messenger. Your daily task will be to map bookmaker feeds to Genius Sports data, ensure necessary sporting fixtures and aliases are correctly set up in our databases and perform other daily tasks that ensures extensive product offering to our clients in a timely manner. You will be regularly monitoring the bookmaker’s feeds mappings, investigating customer reports and providing assistance and feedback to any problems that arise. Your understanding of betting markets, interest in various sports and ability to work as part of the team, but also on your own initiative, will make you a great fit in the Product Services team.
