Job Description

• Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows
• Plans, manages, coordinates and controls manufacturing process
• Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedure
• Assembles reports to document process status and changes
• Track figures/parameters to discover area for improvement and monitor for
• Communicates findings and proposals to upper management
• Utilizes adapted process software to test and find the most appropriate production process
• Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes
• Conducts risk assessments
• Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards
• Ensures that any produced products are created in an efficient and cost-effective manner while complying with health and safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements

• Work experience as a Process Engineer or similar role
• Ability to cooperate and communicate with others, especially those without a technical background
• Computer and IT knowledge
• Problem solving ability

• Verbal and written communication in Russian and English
• Project management skills
• Presentation skills

• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Process Engineer

Familiar with process improvement methodologies and certifications ISO 9001, 14001
