Job Description

  • Mapping and analyzing the efficiency of existing processes and identifying areas of improvement
  • Overseeing the implementation of new processes
  • Updating process management procedures and policies
  • Leading projects in cooperation with different departments
  • Providing  appropriate reports
  • Supporting  and assisting team in technical issues (JIRA)
  • Mapping of all business processes and consulting colleagues regarding process creation, mapping and improvement
  • Close cooperation with Euroapotheca Group process management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • 2 years' experience working with processes and/or project management
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to coordinate projects and lead teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and  organizational skills
  • Fluent English and Estonian language
  • Conversational level in Russian language
