Sportradar’s Premium Cricket Service is the best and most reliable service in the market that unlocks the full betting potential of the world’s second most popular sport – followed by over 2 billion people! The Premium Cricket team within Sportradar has been growing its teams across Global locations for the past 7 years and are now looking for Support Analysts to further develop this market leading service.

As a member of the Premium Cricket Support Team, you will part of a team provide the most accurate Cricket support and analysis to both internal teams and clients across the world. 

THE CHALLENGE:

• Providing effective and high quality support to clients and increasing customer satisfaction by building loyalty.
• Collecting, researching and analysing cricket statistics.
• Producing and updating accurate team and player ratings.
• Providing high quality responses to client queries.
• Analysing betting data.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure any bugs are reported and resolved.

Your Profile:

• Cricket enthusiast with an in-depth knowledge of the game.
• You love numbers and are proficient in mathematics with the ability to translate complex mathematical information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to take immediate action in a fast-moving trading environment.
• Flexibility to work with shift-based patterns, including at weekends.
• Interest in sports betting markets.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Good English both written and oral.
