Physical Security Lead

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

• Providing cohesive security risk management frameworks within divisions across Veriff locations Tallinn, Tartu, New York, London, Barcelona etc.
• Establishing and maintaining the overarching physical security strategy for Veriff, including compliance monitoring and enforcement
• Defining, developing, implement and review global physical security policies, guidelines and procedures across all Veriff onsite and offsite locations
• Taking the leadership role in any emerging physical security issues
• Providing security support and guidance to all Veriff team, to help them succeed
• Overseeing and managing on-site security service teams
• Seeking out opportunities to provide equitable inclusive and scalable physical security and associated training across Veriff

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

• Extensive knowledge of physical security and risk management, ideally in the context of an international organization
• Experience in developing and implementing global security policies across an organization
• Proven track record in creating and implementing company-wide written guidelines 
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with physical access systems, alarm systems, CCTV solutions, physical locks, safes
• Strong communication skills combined with a collaborative and team-oriented
• Desire to work with diverse and cross-cultural teams to achieve common objectives
