Your main objective is to organize and ensure the smooth functioning of Toyota Baltic office everyday life, be responsible for various projects and part of the HR function. You handle daily business, assist and consult Management Board members. Your essential job functions will be:
• Assist Management Board
• Independently conduct projects
• Manage and handle HR related issues
• Represent company in relations with partners, customers
• Handle documentation
• Prepare meetings
• Travel arrangements
• Handle information and communication flows
• Organize in-house and customer events
You are a suitable candidate if you have relevant education and professional experience as assistant, office manager or secretary. You are experienced in most MS Office programs and other programs needed for smooth functioning of office life. You will be successful in your work if you can organize your activities systematically, prioritize and act in structured way.
As a successful candidate you are proactive and pragmatic team player, strong in achieving and striving for results. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are fluent in one of Baltic languages (Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian); English language is considered to be essential both in speaking and writing, knowledge of Russian language would be an advantage.
