We have an officially approved training program, and we can issue an impressive diploma upon graduation. Our educational system encompasses both theoretical and practical training.
· The theory covers the business aspect with classes in sales, service and presentation, as well as courses in hygiene and nutrition. You will also learn a Scandinavian language. Theory courses are evaluated with written assignments and examinations that take into account the requirements of national chef and pastry chef regulations.
· Practical work takes place in kitchens of educational establishments, where aspiring chefs are taught to prepare a myriad of raw materials such as meat, vegetables and spices. The learning process also includes the preparation of many varied dishes, and the chance to engage in both small and large scale food production.
The goal of our program is to develop exceptional chefs and pastry chefs, who will use their new skills to contribute nationally and internationally in positions at hotels, restaurants, catering companies and canteens.

Housing: We can supply housing for a deduction in salary.
As a apprentice the salary is between 8 000 NOK up to 11 000 NOK. For chefs that have graduated our training program wages are between NOK 23 000 and NOK 45 000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Other labor is compensated based on hours worked.
Work Regulations: Permanent or project-based, full-time.
