Partnership Manager

We are currently looking for a new Partnership Manager to the Student Tours team, who would take care of the communication with partners, that are different student organizations, starting from August 2021.

Job Description

The employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

• Communication with assigned partners (email, phone, physical meetings)

• Working closely with partners and team to ensure the best offers

• Working with sales statistics and booking systems

• Representing the company in various events and meetings, also abroad

• Taking part in creating itineraries, organizing meetings and events

• Excellent English skills, oral and written

• Customer-orientated and cheerful attitude

• Excellent public speaking skills

• Ability to work independently and stay calm in all situations

• Punctual and well-organized person

Good to have:

• Swedish language skills

• Experience from ESN or other student organizations

• Experience from the tourism sector

• Knowledge about Scandinavian culture and geography
