You key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with third party partner for campaigns plan, aiming different customer base segments on monthly and weekly basis.
  • Re-use existing Campaigns idea/mechanics/goals
  • Involve in campaign brief including T&C, segments, communication channels and execution plan
  • Manage the customer base lifecycle starting from onboarding to development, cross-sell, retention and win-back.
  • Co-operate with Analytics Team on customer segmentation and analytics, includingcampaigns post-analysis and optimization, ROI and costs, offers and bonus spend efficiency.
  • Manage promotional tools, channels and bonus tools development and utilization,as well as coordination with IT department for roadmap development and implementation.
  • Co-operate with Designs department on development of design, concepts for promocampaigns and offers.
  • Work closely with customer support to provide transparency and visibility for CSagents on existing campaigns, support in agents education and further complaints/requests.
  • Coordinate with CRM team members in regards of campaigns plan and bonus mechanics
  • Supervise production process / sign-off
  • Involve in campaigns analysis - data management and post-analysis of campaigns.

Requirements

Your expertise to meet the requirement:

  • Should be a casino or sports enthusiast, and have a strong knowledge of casino or sports games and customers behaviour
  • Must have previous experience of working as a CRM/marketing in the online gaming industry
  • Should be highly customer-centric with great understanding of a customer lifecycle, behaviour and customer journeys
  • Should have passion to drive optimization through quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Should have good knowledge of CRM communication channels and overall campaign best practice
  • Must have strong cross-functional coordination
  • Must have strong time management skills
