Overseas Recruitment Representative (Estonia)

Job Description

• Conduct local market research to determine candidates’ capacity
• Develop recruitment plan to achieve project’s goals and timelines
• Post job openings in newspaper advertisements, internet job sites, social networks and other appropriate sources
• Answering applicants’ enquiries and analyzing incoming resumes
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Conduct prescreening interviews
• References verification
• Enter all relevant data into the Client database as per company policy
• Provide paperwork and documentation support to applicants
• Ensure timelines of the project are met and risks are minimized
• Deliver progress reports to the General Manager on a weekly basis

Requirements

• Üle 3 aasta füüsilise töö kogemus (töö tehases, ehitusel, põllumajanduses, tööstusettevõtetes)
• Lõpetatud keskharidus
• Kohustuslik on inglise keele oskus tasemel, millest piisab ilma tõlgita tööandjaga intervjuu läbiviimiseks, samuti ka lugemiseks ja kirjutamiseks piisaval tasemel.
• Edukas kandidaat peab olema valmis alustama tööd ja kolima Kanadasse 2014. aasta mai lõpus - juuni alguses.

Company offers

• Two plus years of staffing or recruitment experience, experience in mass-recruitment projects is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or HR related field is preferred
• Strong planning, time management, decision making, presentation, and organization skills required
• Ability to work efficiently in a very fast-paced environment requiring multitasking skills
• Languages: English – high proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
