We are looking for a motivated Purchaser (fixed-term contract to replace maternity leave) who have sparkle in the eyes and is ready to deliver the best services ranging from very routine and hands-on tasks as well as analytical approaches. The ideal candidate is an ambitious “doer” who likes to see results and is capable of working independently.

Based in Keila, You will be responsible for managing sourcing and procurement activities for the assigned projects, services, commodities, with a strict monitor of all major targets: price, quality, risk, time etc. You will be working closely with all departments to ensure plant running without interraptions and purchases are done by technical specifications or scope of works, timeline and supporting project delivery. In addition, managing and optimizing of supplier base in order to improve value for money and reduce risks, providing cost analysis and volume bundling, ensuring economic efficiency and effectiveness.

We are looking for the following skills and motivations:          

• Bachelor’s degree in equivalent field (higher education in acquisition also applicable)           

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage          

• Strong networking, coordination and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of purchasing rules and processes in an advantage

• Capability to understand and set priorities, proactive approach, resilient and taking responsibility

• Leadership and communication skills to create and drive a teamwork

• Fluency in oral and verbal Estonian and English is essential
