Operations Specialist – Swedish

Develop and optimise processes for the restaurants using our platform. These processes will range from onboarding, training, menu and price management, performance measurement, engagement, account management, campaigns, or churn

Help ensuring marketplace efficiency by managing restaurant supply in a way that meets demand for meals

Keep close and good relationship with partner restaurants, analyse their performance and encourage them to do better

Help us find the most efficient way to transform thousands of leads into active couriers every month

Monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics and ensure a great experience for our couriers

Figure out the logistics of how many couriers are needed where and when

Analyse business metrics and take responsibility in improving them

Manage stakeholders by building strong relationships and provide visibility to internal and external counterparts

Take part in strategic decisions about local operations

Create best practices in operations that can be replicated internationally

Help creating a fun, inclusive, fair, but results-driven culture

You're a great communicator - strong stakeholders management skills

You have a data-driven analytical mindset(Excel skills)

You're a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day

You have excellent spoken and written English and Swedish

You're passionate about new technologies and food-tech
