Job Description
You are responsible for the operations of retail second hand shops, collection and sorting center’s operational development. Your main task is to focus on operational processes and business planning. You will implement organization´s strategy and targets. Your task is to initiate, coordinate and implement commercial development projects. You will have 4 direct subordinates – shops’ area managers, collection and sorting centre managers.
Requirements
You are suitable candidate if you have university degree in business and 5+ years of managerial experience in retail or textile (production). You have excellent written and oral communication skills in Finnish and English. Knowledge of Swedish will be an additional asset. You have a high level of self-motivation, precision and commitment to results. You have a strong personality, possessing drive and initiative, analytical and problem-solving, impact and negotiations skills.
