Operations Excellence Manager

We are expanding our Global Operations Team and we are looking for a driven Operations Excellence Manager, who can continually develop global level insights and processes to approach supply-related problems and solve them.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop, implement and optimise best operations practices globally using lean and operational excellence methods
• Drive adoption of these best practices via train and audit methods
• Work closely with Expansion and Regional Managers to exceed targets by reducing friction and increasing conversion rates
• Conduct regular review on the scalability of operations processes
• Continually shape operations benchmarks to meet our growth ambitions
• Lead and execute new processes and/or verticals for existing & new markets
• Explore and define strategic projects that contributes to global supply growth
• Provide inputs to Operations Excellence team to automate processes
• Build performance management systems with Operations Excellence team
• Travel up to 70% of the time through some of our markets, 30% based in HQ

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience working and managing regional, global topics
• You eliminate ambiguities fast to get to the root cause of a problem
• You break down complex problems into actionable solutions
• You work independently with global stakeholders
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You strive to add value and make an impact
• You have a strong sense of accountability
• Great verbal & written communication
• Advanced analytical & Excel skills
• Experience with process/analytical frameworks is a big plus
• Experience with tech/global/startup companies is a big plus
• Knowledge of SQL or any programming language is a big plus
