Operations Associate part-time

We are ZITICITY - one of the fastest-growing logistics startups in Europe.

In June we raised 2.2 million Euros Seed Round from most notable investors in the region for further growth in Europe.

We help merchants to compete with Amazon's dominance by providing affordable same-day deliveries. ZITICITY connects its e-commerce stores with urban hubs, optimizes routes, and distributes heavy-batched deliveries to on-demand couriers for maximum efficiency.

ZITICITY has been a massive success in the Baltics and now we are expanding in Estonia. We are backed by the most notable investors in the region: Nordic Ninja, Superhero Capital, Superangel (with Bolt, Transferwise, and Skype founders as investors), Practica Capital, Startup Wise Guys, and notable angel investors.

Now we are looking for an ambitious Operations Associate, who is ready to roll-up sleeves and grow with us x10 in the next 12 months.

Your role:

Receive and scan incoming shipment of parcels

Distribute parcels to efficient routes for couriers using our technology

Follow the necessary procedures when handling returned parcels

Assist Operations Manager with operational tasks

Train new people as the volumes increases

✅ Interest in innovation and technology

✅ Willingness to improve and constantly try new, better ways to perform tasks

✅ Strong sense of responsibility and desire to do the job well

✅ Higher education (students who are still studying are also welcome)

✅ You are ok with a rotating schedule that includes working hours on weekends

✅ Estonian and English languages are a must, Russian language is a plus
