As the Operation Assistant you will be working directly under the Operation Manager. In the Operation Department purchase & sales invoices are collected + created & linked to the correct projects via our customized Content Management System.
Stock movement from warehouses, price checking for purchase & sales contracts, invoice making and entering operating costs per company are a few other tasks that will be part of your every day routine.
Must be accurate and have good eye for detail
Have good analyzing skills
Good Excel and overall computer skills
Estonian and English are required
Similar work experience in the past and/or professional education is a plus
Having an accountancy background will be considered an advantage
