Online Marketing Assistant

• Assisting in the operational development and implementation of the Digital Strategy.
• Involvement in the management of online marketing and activities.
• Preparation and creation of the post-buy analysis.
• Taking part in the management of various online channels (such as YouTube).
• Managing and monitoring all online activities on Lidl homepage.
• Assist other technical and functional departments on communications issues.

• Higher education or last year student.
• At least one year professional experience in a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Estonian and English, German or Russian languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and results-oriented mindset, personal initiative and high sense of responsibility.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a busy, varied role.
• Willingness to go for a training abroad for up to 6 months.
