ONBOARD SALES COORDINATOR ESTONIA

Your main responsibilities in this new position will be very diverse: Support the commercial heads, catering crews
of DFDS vessels operated from Paldiski with sales, marketing, promotional, staff training activities, support and
implement the onboard strategy and marketing (promotional and event) campaigns and projects of Paldiski routes,
continuously monitor customer feedback from Onboard experience and make action plans to increase the satisfaction
of the passengers, coordinate and implement selected Onboard IT and procurement projects when needed, maintain
and develop relationship with existing and potential suppliers for Paldiski route vessels, ensure that all onboard
administrative processes will run smoothly.
