Job Description

As a First Line Support Operator, you will provide immediate assistance to our clients via email, instant messenger and phone. The majority of these queries are resolved immediately with the remainder being triaged with all relevant information onto Second Line Support so every case can be resolved within agreed time frames.

Additionally you will continuously update the clients on the current status of their cases progress, notify Second line of all priority issues and highlight lower level cases where progress seems to have stalled. The 1st line support team is active 24/7 and works in shifts. Availability to cover for night shift might be required.

Requirements

 Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft office, especially outlook and excel  Good communication skills  Very good written and spoken English  Knowledge about different sports  Client service experience
