YOUR MAIN TASKS
• Offer excellent customer support viaphone, e-mails and chats for main brandsas Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau andNEFF.
• Handle service and spare parts orders.
• Handle various customer requests withthe help of user manuals, websites andour internal product information systems.
• Provide information about products andservices. Support customers withpurchase decisions.
• Identify the technical problem or userissues, determine the cause of theproblem, and offer the best solution tosolve the problem.
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL at our team if you are service-minded, enjoy helping people andpossess caring attitude towards customers. You are able to multitask in fast-paced environmentand have quick self-sufficient thinking. You have worked in customer service before. You arefluent in Norwegian language (verbal and written) and you can communicate in English.
