• Provide customer service support mostly via e-mail
  
• Analyze problems and research solutions
  
• Daily co-operation with Front Office
  
• Participation to the development of Customer Service processes, guidelines and tools
  
• Collection and handling of customer data
  
• Providing best quality support to customers

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal Norwegian or Danish language skills
  
• Good written and verbal English language skills
  
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills
  
• Willigness to work by schedules and deal with different customers
