Night Auditor

As Night Auditor you will maintain the professional standards of the hotel in the nighttime. As well you would be providing night-hour assistance to Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.

Night Receptionist contributes to the first impressions of our guests and therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Ensure the maintenance of professional financial standards throughout the hotel handling internal and external phone calls

Managing basic accounting procedures - invoicing, payments, and cash operation maintaining security standards and addressing any issues achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

Assist Guests, as necessary demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times maintain a good status awareness of all hotel areas

Good knowledge and a passion to succeed in a fast-paced quality environment.

Good language and communication skills.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Excellent grooming standard ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
