As Night Auditor you will maintain the professional standards of the hotel in the night time. As well you would be providing night-hour assistance to the guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from the moment guest checks-in and during the whole stay at the hotel’s premises. Night Auditor contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Handling internal and external phone calls
  
• Managing basic accounting procedures - invoicing, payments and cash operations
  
• Processing night audit in the system and preparing daily financial reports
  
• Maintaining security standards and addressing any issues
  
• Achieving positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  
• Assisting Guests, as necessary
  
• Demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times
  
• Maintaining a good status awareness of all hotel areas

Requirements

• Good knowledge and passion to succeed in a fast paced quality environment
  
• Previous hotel working experience in similar role is considered as an asset
  
• Good language and communication skills
  
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills
  
• Excellent grooming standards
  
• Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
  
• Ability to work at night time
