Job Description

Working as part of the Sportradar Managed Trading Services (MTS) team and reporting to the

Business Development Management Team, the Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for guiding new MTS customers through the technical integration of their, or their partners’ platform to ensure speedy delivery of service. Additionally, this position will be responsible for ensuring clients are using the most up-to-date version of Sportradar’s systems and software

 

THE CHALLENGE:

 

  • Coordination of MTS Client integration activities: technical integration, preparation for technical launch and start of operations.  
  • Resolve challenges and business or operational queries from the technical client Integration teams.
  • Follow/maintain the MTS Client Integration pipeline in collaboration with MTS Internal stakeholders.
  • Initiate technical integration, coordination and planning of MTS kick-off calls with clients, platform providers, Sportradar sales and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Synchronize status of MTS Client integration with Sportradar Customer Care Unite.
  • Plan all Operator launches within MTS Production.
  • Complete data quality checks relating to MTS Client Integration pipeline.
  • Responsible for MTS Client Integration and MTS Business Development monthly management and board reports.
  • Assist MTS Operational Account Management and MTS Business Development units with any operational issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

 

  • Demonstrated experience in sales engineering or similar role.
  • Understand Software development cycles and methodologies.
  • Project Management experience in software development or similar
  • Passionate about sports.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages considered a bonus.
  • Proactive self-starter.
  • Self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to effectively and proactively identify and analyses problems and find appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborative team player, ability to work well with others and have the confidence and integrity to earn internal team’s confidence quickly.
  • Creative & inquisitive thinker, keen to further refine systems and processes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities as well as product environments, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience working in a global, multilingual organization.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings, both domestically and internationally.
  • Understanding of US sports and sports betting (beneficial but not mandatory).
