Monitoring Specialist

Studioworks is a Tallinn (Estonia) based company specializing in Live Dealer Studio operations. We are supplying the necessary content and the data to companies that create online casino games. We are a fast growing company and currently a team of 170+ employees.

As a Monitoring Specialist You will hold the first line responsibility to ensure our AV and IT systems are up and running flawlessly 24/7. You will be responsible for promptly resolving any technical issues that may arise. Your tasks will include monitoring live streams, resolving any technical issues, reporting according instructions and providing technical support to Your colleagues.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
-Education or previous work experience in the field of IT
-Very good spoken and written English
-Willingness to work in shifts – morning, afternoon and night
-Communication skills and positive attitude
