Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring the process of preparing a store for opening and adjusting any deviations from the processes assumed
• Coordinating product arrangement in new stores to offer stock according to the display standard and layout
• Coordinating and supervising the process of goods delivery and recording in new stores to support them in the opening process
• Supporting the process of store employees' training to maintain the highest standards and act in accordance with internal procedures
Requirements
If you have at least:
• 2 years of experience in working on similar position
• Advanced knowledge of English (Russian is a benefit)
• Experience in retail (textile)
• Very good communication skills and client orientation
• B category driving license (we offer usage of company car)
• Readiness to often go on business trips
• Coaching skills and ability to share knowledge
