Does this sound like a challenge that suits you? If so, I would love to speak to you in a follow-up interview.

The questions below are frequently asked:

  • What are your language requirements? Is English enough or at least some degree of Dutch is required?- We do require all candidates to pass a language test. It's B1 level dutch. These requirements are important because of the accreditation in their diplomas. We do however provide these lessons remotely and are able to provide the test when they arrive in the netherlands.
  • Do you employ only EU citizens or are able to proceed the paperwork for people with temporary residents’ permits as well- Only EU citizenship.
  • Do you have any kind of list of positions that you are looking for? Like will there be nurses, or doctors, or assistants etc.?- https://www.supportforce.eu/jobs
  • The most important question of all is the approximate salary that these specialists would expect to receive. The reason I ask this at this stage is that the Healthcare specialists that are willing to migrate are usually looking towards Finland and Sweden, which are the nearest neighbors to us. So in order to make them look elsewhere we have to understand that the offer at least matches the one that they could get from these countries, otherwise it would be a really tough quest finding the suitable candidates. I’m not saying that it is impossible, but we need to understand this nuance before discussing this further.- I've attached a file in which the vacancy is described. The salary range is mentioned in it.
