Member of the Board / Compliance officer

Job responsibilities:

• representation of Company, being a signatory in its transactions and relations with other companies, clients, and partners;
• company management duties, including the urgent tasks requiring a significant amount of work;
• conducting business correspondence;
• prompt response to requests of colleagues and lawyers via social media;
• participation in the board meeting and making the board decisions;
• communication with and reporting to the Company shareholders and partners;
• representation of Company in communication with the FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit);
• organization of the AML/KYC procedures in the Company;
• monitoring and reporting to the FIU about suspicious transactions or money laundering;
• keep the Company's policies up-to-date with applicable AML regulations.

• work experience in the position of a company manager;
• work experience in the banking sector or crypto industry will be an advantage;
• maximum one company in parallel management, not to combine the job with the management of other company will be an advantage;
• citizenship or permanent residency in the Republic of Estonia;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian, Estonian will be a benefit;
• non-criminal background;
• ready to act promptly and respectfully of deadlines candidate;
• knowledge of AML regulatory framework;
• certificate of AML/compliance course completion will be an advantage.
