Mechanical Systems Engineer (Fixed-Term Project Assignment)

• Analysis of project and technical documentation related to mechanical systems (HVAC, WSS)
• Participation in organizing and coordinating mechanical systems installation activities on the construction site
• Collaboration with the project team, contractors, and subcontractors
• Preparation, coordination, administration, and review of technical and as-built documentation
• Identification of technical issues and proposing solutions during project implementation

• Degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, energy, building engineering systems, or a related field)
• Priority given to experience and ability to prepare and manage construction documentation, analyze it, and identify potential discrepancies and risks
• Previous experience in a similar role on a construction site involving mechanical systems projects
• Knowledge of HVAC, WSS, and other mechanical systems installation technologies
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• English and Russian language skills for working in an international team
