Material Supply Manager

Are leading and managing material supply team in Estonia and Slovakia
Approve all purchasing activities and decisions in the department
Optimize process to minimize the costs and potential problems
Solve problems with suppliers and assessment of cooperation with them
Identify and resolve invoicing problems and issues between accounting and vendors Prepare and present KPI reports
Review Data Quality and communicate the deviation to Sourcing if required
Manage days of supply, MIN>MAX, inventory control for materials procured and support excess and obsolete materials

Higher education, education with an economic, financial or technical background;
A strong team player is required with the resourcefulness and self-confidence to drive the product business;
Analytical thinking and reasoning skills;
Self-assertiveness;
Management experience;
Negotiating skills;
Proactivity;
Fluent English in oral and written
Experience in working in a manufacturing company or in the financial sector comes in handy
