Töö kirjeldus

  • Managing content of Marketplace seller goods and performing necessary operations;
  • Working with internal systems (collecting information of new Marketplace sellers, managing operations);

  • Analysing late orders and resolving situations;

  • Answering inquiries and communicating with LV, LT, FI and EE sellers;

  • Addressing and solving problems, making proposals to the manager to improve work and areas of concerns;

  • Other work related tasks.

Ootused kandidaadile

  • You have higher- or vocational education;
  • You have good English and Estonian skills, other languages are an advantage;
  • You have experience in commerce / customer service / contact center;
  • You are interested in technology and innovation in online solutions;
  • You are meticulous, detail- and result-oriented;
  • You have good computer skills (especially with MS Office programs);

  • You have good teamwork skills.
