Assists in all aspects of Marketing Department operations. This candidate should possess proper grammar usage, proofreading abilities, be detail and
deadline oriented, and a team player, along with being creative and pro-active. Preferable degree in English, Marketing or Business Administration and
relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
As Marketing Team Assistant this individual will provide support to the Marketing Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Proofreading of some marketing material
* Maintain schedules, deadlines and appointments for the Marketing Department
* Communicate effectively with the department members and other staff
* Assist in various ad hoc tasks
* Organize marketing materials and information for marketing meetings
* Development of an internal communication model and organize the department’s workflow
* Compiling various reports on a monthly basis
* Perfect knowledge of English and Russian
* Strong communication skills
* Pro-active and punctual working attitude
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis
* Accurate, flexible and persistent
* Looking for opportunities and realizing goals

* Report-writing skills
* Advanced MS Office
* Basic HTML knowledge
