Marketing specialist

Your responsibility

• Develop and implement local marketing and activity plan in line with commercial priority, and secure and drive launch excellence.
• Coordinate, implement and drive new product launches in cooperation with the team.
• Develop, implement, evaluate and maintain local marketing campaigns/exhibitions in order to strengthen our product/company brand awareness and support sales targets.
• Utilize available and appropriate social media and web etc. in the marketing mix to drive act ivies and launches. Drive local digitalization projects.
• Plan, implement and evaluate educational events.
• Manage A&P budget and secure optimal usage and cost-efficiency.
• Actively provide input on competitive information to strengthen business intelligence. Have a good understanding of competitive products and pricing in order to support local pricing in tenders/contracts.
• Actively participate involvement in tender process.

• Minimum 3 year of experience in marketing, ideally in an international environment.
• Experience in building social media policy and activity.
• Good communication skills, with innovative mindset
• Dynamic and flexible, adaptable to changes
• Work planning and organizational silks.
• Knowledge of English (at least B2) and good Estonian.
