Marketing Manager

Take full responsibility of executing marketing communication plans. Create and execute local marketing calendar incl. campaigns and activations in line with the Group communication strategy to build up the brand and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation and implementation of local marketing strategy aligned with regional marketing strategy within the supervision of Head of Regional Marketing;
• Provide locally relevant input within marketing activation across all communication channels (Comms, PR, Digital, EIM/Influencers, Media, Events);
• Marketing communication content management and creation for own media (website, social media, newsletters, blog);
• Build relation with relevant influencers and media;
• Co-creating, implementing, executing Trade Marketing activities (own shops and retail)
• Make sure that MWB and SWB is spent efficiently and activation costs are booked efficiently;
• Responsible for ensuring that all tactical marketing activities meet brand standards, KPIs;
• Research and analyze current marketing activities and trends. Monitoring of competition activities;
• Ensuring the highest quality of prepared content and their compliance with the expectations of key stakeholders with independently plan daily work (ecom, commerce, sales and other marketing teams)

• Knowledge of all communication tools with a special focus on digital and trade marketing
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels.
• Proven experience in Project Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communication
• Personal DESIRE and motivation to work
• Ability to work smoothly, systematize and plan your work according to priorities, without getting confused by a large amount of information
• Estonian language – at an excellent level
• English language – at conversational level
• Russian language as a plus
• Feeling of responsibility for own performance
