Job Description
We are looking for Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team in to Arrow ECS Baltic Oü office in Tallinn.
Marketing Coordinator will be placed in Tallinn and will be part of Nordic Business Service Center team working closely with marketing team in Finland , local colleagues and Nordics Sales Team.
Marketing team is based in Finland and Estonia, with four persons in total. Business Development Director is building and defining all concepts we are pushing out to the Baltic market.
Requirements

- You are comfortable in working both independently and as a team member
- You are proactive and flexible, take responsibility of your duties, can work also under pressure, understand how details affect the big picture and show positive can-do attitude
- Focus is 80% on marketing tasks, campaigns, lead generated activities, marketing claims, report leads etc. 20% of workload is Inside Sales tasks, supporting our Nordic Business Service Center .
- Support Nordic and Baltic countries with events, book venue, act as receptionist at events.
- Must have a can-do attitude, customer service attitude, good at organizing, good at controlling multiple tasks simultaneously.
