Marketing Coordinator Senior

Key responsibilities:

• Translating from/to English related to marketing activities;
• Coordinate and support local and centrally driven marketing activities and campaigns in Estonian market (mainly sales collateral, including customer event);
• Coordination of PR activities in cooperation with Communication function;
• Web pages maintenance, including intranet, internal communication;
• Activities in advertising/promotion and company branding;
• Tender management for marketing activities, local orders management, managing the marketing stock;
• External and internal communication tasks.

What we expect:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or another related field;
• At least 1 year experience in Marketing/ Sales support or similar position;
• Excellent oral and written knowlegde of English;
• Exceptional knowledge of Estonian language (grammar, stylistics, especially in writen);
• Appropriate computer and IT skills (Word, Excel, PowePoint, etc.);
• Strong sense of self-discipline and good time management skills;
• Thorough and reliable, with sharp analytical skills, high attention to details and deadlines and ability to search, analyse and structure data efficiently;
• Optimistic person, able to work independently, make quick and efficient decisions and inspire other colleagues;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
