Job Description

The engineering team is looking for highly qualified and experienced software professionals, to design and develop the next generation of its desktop-based and mobile energy marketing applications. The ideal candidate is an energetic, proven contributor with experience in the design, and development of applications implemented in C# using the .NET framework. S/he will have a demonstrable track record as a senior contributor and as someone who can lead the design and development effort. S/he will have passion for developing cutting-edge software applications, user interfaces and integrating with complex systems. S/he will be able to lead and manage the development of a technical team to successfully meet deadlines.

Requirements

• A College degree (or higher) with 6 or more years of experience, at least 4 of which are in C#;
  
• Experience with Microsoft Windows application development, using Visual Studio.NET;
  
• Experience with the usage of ASP.NET is a must;
  
• Experience with the usage of .NET framework is a must;
  
• Experience and aptitude for UI development are required;
  
• Experience with object oriented design and development;
  
• Exposure to multi-threaded programming, on Windows platforms;
  
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, at least 5 years to include R2;
  
• A self-starter that works well with minimum supervision;
  
• Verifiable experience managing and prioritize project teams;
  
• Ability to lead team work efforts and offer direction to less experienced members;
  
• Very good spoken and written English.
