Manager

Brand new innovative company in the Fintech industry is looking for the ambitious CEO and member of the board to run, operate and coordinate the business in Estonia. We are looking for a person with a strong management background, who is experienced in developing business projects and passion for the Fintech industry.

Job responsibilities:

• run the new business project from the scratch;
• manage, grow, and lead a high-performing team;
• set out and implement the Company’s short- and long-term strategies, business plans;
• acting as a business owner: look for development opportunities, take operational standards to the next level, shape a business model and act accordingly;
• define hiring needs and organize the recruitment process;
• organize the technical development of the crypto platform;
• monitor P&L and financial milestones to achieve targets;
• conduct business correspondence;
• represent the Company in external relations, lead the board meetings and approve formal decisions;
• be in touch and report to the Company’s investors and shareholders.

• experience at a similar position, proven track record of managing/working for a successful project for at least 2 years;
• work experience in the banking/finance, IT, or crypto industry will be an advantage;
• understanding of the blockchain technological stack, BI and KYC/AML principles;
• higher education in management, finance, banking, IT or the law;
• fluent English and Russian, both oral and written, Estonian language at least B2;
• strong interest and deep awareness in the Fintech industry;
• creative, result-oriented way of thinking;
• developed cooperation and negotiation skills;
• citizen or permanent resident of Estonia;
• non-criminal background;
• ability to be a member of the board of the Company;
• full-time position.
