Job Description
Purpose of the role:
Act as leader of both Measurement Center and Packaging Engineering.
Measurement Center support Supplier Quality Engineering with control of incoming material and other Engineers in analysis of our products
In Packaging Engineering we handel both inbound and outbound packaging material. Together with Packaging Material Design we will develop new Packaging material when needed.
› Secure capabilities in our Measurement Center with respect to Equipment and services to all Stakeholders;
› Securing competence for supporting New product Introduction with respect to needed analysis of products;
› Service & Maintenance of Measurement Equipment;
› Support ESS Tallinn in area of Packaging;
› Support PMD (Packaging Material Design) in verification of new packages and in development of new packages;
› Work Instructions for packaging of products in ESS Tallinn.

Requirements
› 3 years Leadership experience;
› Work experience from Measurement Center;
› Work experience from Packaging material;
› Good English both in spoken and written;
› Estonian and Russian skills;
› University degree in technical field and at least 5 year work experience;
› in the same area or relevant College/ Polytechnic level education and at least 3 year work experience at the same area;
› Engagement in leading and developing employees;
› Good in communication and co-operation;
› Being proactive and interest in learning new areas.

› Good English both in spoken and written;
