The candidates we are looking for have good communication skills, are exceptional problem solvers and like to help people. Customer service
specialists answer customer´s questions through email and social media and take care of customer complaints with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Excellent Lithuanian language skills, including writing;
Good writing skills;
Good English language skills;
Positive attitude
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office; general hardware and software knowledge
Ability to obtain, verify, evaluate work assignments and provide necessary information for client
Being interested in technical support is an advantage
Available to start work at the end of August
