Legal Counsel

- Ensured compliance with local law requirements;
- Provided support to local business needs (in relations with clients and third parties);
- Provided assistance to regional Head of Legal on group level legal projects
- Independently drafted and finalized various legal documentation (mainly in Private law, Corporate law etc.) with high quality;
- Maintained proper internal legal records and registers.

- Higher education in law (Masters degree preferred);
- At least 2 to 3 years of work experience as legal assistant or legal counsel (experience in bank, insurance company or law firm will be considered as an advantage);
- Excellent Estonian, English (verbal, written), Russian will be considered as an advantage;
- High level analytical skills, responsibility and stress resistance;
- Ability to solve non-standard situations, set priorities and meet deadlines;
- Accuracy, self-dependency and conscientious regarding the fulfillment on work duties by keeping focus on details;
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in highly regulated businesses (as an in-house or outsource counsel).
