Lead UA Manager (Team lead)

Job Description

A leading gambling company is looking for Lead User Acquisition Manager (team lead) to help dream, experiment, validate and execute on campaigns that share our products with the world.

Responsibilities: 

  • Define and execute UA strategies for all our brands and products
  • Optimize the allocation of advertising spend and creative budget across a portfolio
  • Act as the marketing team’s point of contact with the stakeholders in the product department, communicating goals, needs, and reports that provide insight into campaigns performance and recommendations on improving product metrics relevant to user acquisition campaigns.
  • Act as your team’s expert in UA channels, while actively running campaigns that hit ROAS targets and grow daily active users.
  • Define conceptual creative strategies and testing processes.
  • Control the performance of our partner (affiliate) marketing program
  • Test new channels and approaches
  • Create necessary reporting on campaigns performance
  • Market analysis and benchmarking;
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition partners and platforms
  • Hire UA team from scratch, manage the team successfully (a long-term goal, start as an only person in your team)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or marketing
  • Minimum three years of experience in a user acquisition role, preferably in gambling.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing user acquisition campaigns while hitting ROAS targets.
  • Deep understanding of online advertising space, including tracking tools, technical integrations, and best practices (AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, GTM)
  • A passion for exploring, interpreting, and utilizing data to make decisions and develop business strategies for increased business growth, understanding and putting into practice key business metrics (ROI, LTV, ARPU, etc.);
  • Understanding of effective ASO/SEO principles
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience at partner marketing (affiliate) programs is a strong advantage
  • Ready to feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Russian  languаge
