Lead Product Designer (UX)

We would be excited if you would match the following:

• As it is a senior role, 5+ years proven experience and track record is a must
• You have experience in design systems creation and management. 
• You have experience in usability assessment, building usability tests, conducting and analyzing results to validate the design and improve the experience of our users.
• You have the mindset that the design you create must be usable for everyone and you can prioritize between accessibility, usability and beauty. 
• You have experience with remote co-working tools that support collaboration between colleagues (Figma, Miro etc) and are very capable in design tools like Adobe.
• You have experience with sophisticated SaaS products and you have ideas on how to simplify seemingly complex tasks for the users. 
• Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English
