Job Description

Your main tasks:

• Preparation, reviewing, commeting, correcting company's contracts, internal procedures and other legal documents;
• Assistance to the company's legal department in ensuring legal supervision of activities, assessment of requirements of related legal acts and legal risks, provision of recommendations, etc;
• Counseling of employees on legal issues in various fields (contracts, handling consumer complaints, protection of personal data etc);
• Representation of the company in state- and other institutions, as well as in relations with public and private, civil and legal persons.

Requirements

We hope You have:

• Legal education;
• At least 1 year of work experience in the field of law;
• Knowledge of GDPR and excellent application skills;
• Knowledge of civil legal acts, ability to apply them (in the fields of contract law, consumer disputes, protection on intellectual property, legal regulation of advertising);
• Professional working proficiency of Estonian and English (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage); 
• Good computer skills (MS Office programs);
• You are result- and detail-oriented, initiative, you have analytical thinking;
• You are responsible and a good team player.
