Latvian-Speaking Customer Happiness Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Happiness Specialist to join our mission-driven startup. 

Your task will be to guarantee our users’ happiness by attending to their worries and questions via e-mail. You will be the first line of defence as well as a key player in building trust towards the company. Being part of a startup also comes with various opportunities to help solve intriguing challenges on a company level and work closely together with experts from different departments. Responsibilities

• Solve problems and answer questions from our users via email and social media
• Gather feedback for the product team to improve the site and prevent problems/questions from recurring
• Help to renew and improve the knowledge base, so the users can easily find answers to their questions themselves
• Contribute to the overall health of the site by helping users better their listings, promoting great content and removing unsuitable listings
• Work closely together with the team to better processes, set goals and meet those goals

• Interest in sustainable fashion
• Excellent communication and self-expression skills
• English and Latvian - fluent in speech and writing (C1+ or native level)
• Great at working with a team
• Previous customer experience is a plus
• Higher education
• Great computer skills
• Located in Estonia
• Willingness to work full time (part-time arrangements can be discussed)
