Tour Coordinator/Placer

-to be responsible for tour operations and coordinate with its sales office in Asia and the suppliers in Scandinavia, Iceland, Eastern Europe, Croatia, Slovenia, Germany, and Switzerland, and all our developing destinations
-to send out bookings to suppliers in the European region
-to make contacts with suppliers in the European region
-to assist sales to make quotations
-to negotiate for the company better deals with all suppliers of both hotels and all ground service ones
-to make contacts to the tour leaders, emergency & trouble handling
-to provide new ideas regarding product development
-to conduct invoice checking and ensuring they are correct
-to conduct purchasing activities in the European region

-Education required: Higher education (bachelor)
-Work experience required: 0-2 years
-passionate about the tourism business
-precise and detailed minded
-love to be in contact with people, excellent communication skills and is able to negotiate
-excellent command highly proficient in spoken and written English
-basic IT/computer skill (Windows, Microsoft, Outlook)
-proactive in fulfilling assigned tasks and solving problems
-diligent attitude
-any Scandinavian or Eastern European language is a plus
