Automation maintenance specialist

Your main responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and troubleshooting for machines and equipment at our customers mills
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to ensure proper setup and configuration. Active communication and interaction with both internal and external partners
  • Inspect, test, and perform routine preventive maintenance on automated systems to detect and correct potential issues
  • Diagnose faults in PLCs, HMIs, motors, drives, and related components using diagnostic tools and software
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
  • Perform corrective maintenance and ensure systems return to optimal operation
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and regulations related to electrical and mechanical systems.

What we are looking for

  • Technical diploma or associate degree in automation, electronics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or a related field
  • Service minded, safety oriented, systematic and structured approach, data-driven and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming, robotics, sensors, actuators, and industrial networking
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
  • Language skills (Estonian, English, Russian)
