Job Description

Your main task is to develop and implement the business and strategic plans for the company in the region. You will also establish and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers. You ensure the team is properly staffed, equipped, trained and informed and take other initiatives necessary to sustain and improve the business on Estonian Market. You take part of different exhibitions, field days, and trainings and visit regularly also other company offices in East Europe, CIS and Middle East etc.

Requirements

We expect you to have
• BA in Business Administration or Agricultural Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration and management (preferably in agro-field)
• Good general understanding of the Estonian market and the ability to analyze the current market situation
• Ability to build and lead the local team
• Ability to manage daily operations and to keep good contact with different suppliers
• Ability to draw purchase and business plans for the company based on the information about the market
• Fluency in Estonian and English languages, Russian as an advantage
